Job Description You will join a high-growth AI startup as a foundational engineer, building the infrastructure and systems that automate complex workflows in physical industries like aerospace and healthcare. Working across platform engineering and applied AI, you’ll design scalable backend systems, manage GPU orchestration, and ship production-grade features that bridge the gap between software and real-world industrial progress.

What You Will Do
- Build and scale distributed infrastructure on AWS using Pulumi to support high-performance AI model inference.
- Develop end-to-end features across the stack, from TypeScript/React frontends to Python-based agents and document intelligence.
- Partner directly with customers to understand real-world workflows and transform them into robust, production-grade automated solutions.
The ideal candidate
- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript with a track record of deploying complex systems to production.
- Hands-on experience building real AI applications beyond simple wrappers, focusing on reliability, evals, and model performance.
- High-ownership mentality with a background in early-stage startups or founding teams, comfortable operating without rigid specifications.
