About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Medium Enterprise Customer Base Account Executive - Healthcare - Payor to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This role will focus on growing revenue within an existing healthcare payor customer base through strategic upsell, add-on, and renewal activity. You will partner closely with internal teams to align account strategy, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver long-term value. The position is well suited for a seasoned sales professional who can manage complex enterprise deals and navigate extended sales cycles with senior decision-makers.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $137,400 – $167,600 annually
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify upsell opportunities
- Perform account planning and coordinate strategic alignment with internal resources
- Drive add-on and renewal business for medium enterprise customers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
- Support customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term value
Qualifications
- 4+ years of field sales experience selling SaaS/cloud solutions to C-level executives
- Proven track record of negotiating large deals with CxOs
- Experience building relationships that support upselling and account growth
- Strong account strategy development skills with existing customers
- Familiarity with managing long sales cycles of more than 6 months
