About the role
Role: Provides direct patient care in a 43-bed Med/Surg unit as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; promote patient and family-centered healing; educate on illness management and medication; ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; develop and communicate individualized care plans; evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers.
Qualifications: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; RN license; preferred Bachelor's degree with less than 2 years of experience; no supervisor experience required.
Skills: Critical nursing skills, communication, teamwork, patient education, safety awareness, and ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment.
