About the role
We are hiring Registered Nurses for multiple adult acute care units, including telemetry, renal, palliative, and older adult medicine.
Under supervision, nurses assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise patient care, delegating tasks as needed. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, collaborating with healthcare teams, providing patient and family education, and functioning as charge nurse or preceptor.
Specialized skills include neuro assessments, airway management, trached patient care, and ventilator management.
Qualifications include a nursing degree (BSN preferred), valid Connecticut RN license, proficiency with electronic records, BLS certification, and the ability to work across units.
