This role supports primary care providers with clinical documentation, allowing them to focus on patient care. Medical Scribes assist providers throughout the patient care journey, from daily huddles to exam room documentation and post-visit follow-up. Beyond typical scribe duties, these team members act as clinical documentation assistants, becoming experts in value-based care, chronic condition documentation, and coding to help identify and close care gaps.
