Medical Sales Executive - Medical Devices

About This Role

This sales executive role focuses on driving the market strategy and sales of medical devices within India. The position involves building and nurturing relationships with key healthcare institutions and leaders, particularly within government bodies, to expand market reach and secure contracts.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement go-to-market strategies for a medical device portfolio in India
• Establish and expand partnerships across government institutions, CMO offices, medical colleges, hospitals, and labs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), government authorities, and CMOs
• Track government tenders related to Healthcare
• Lead contract negotiations with government healthcare bodies
• Create and manage a strong sales pipeline, providing regular updates to the Commercial Team
• Handle lead generation and tender follow-ups
• Ensure timely deliveries

Requirements

• Well-established network within Government Healthcare bodies
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel and consistently meet targets

• Familiarity with GeM portal and public health procurement
