Medical Representative

About This Role

This role involves representing GSK to healthcare professionals across Indonesia to improve patient care. You will build trusted relationships, share clear scientific insight, and deliver territory plans that drive measurable impact. The position suits an experienced Medical Representative with a focus on vaccines, keen to provide expert medical support and contribute to strategic business planning.

Responsibilities

• Continuously build knowledge of GSK multi-channel brand strategies and leverage that knowledge with customers in informing on prescribing behaviours
• Understand GSK and competitor’s brands features and benefits and apply knowledge effectively in PFSS and multi-channel selling approach
• Use multiple data sources to analyse and review territory performance dynamics (including competitor performance) identifying territory trends and opportunities for GSK
• Build territory insights that capture opportunities and drive decision making, including the selection and prioritization of customer targets and the development of robust territory coverage call plans
• Develop, based on customer insights, multi-channel business plans with strategically aligned ASMART objectives, strategies and tactical activities that deliver business objectives
• Effectively engage with customers through a PFSS selling approach or multi-channel selling approach and be proficient in using appropriate multi-channel selling platforms aligned to customer preferences

Requirements

• Bachelor degree, preferably within life sciences, with good technical and professional knowledge
• Minimum 3 years professional experience with the same position in the pharmaceutical industry
• Good communication and selling skills
• Scientific knowledge and patient focused
• Strong interpersonal skill, proactive and teamwork (business partnership)
