An established recruitment organisation is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a medical background to join its team. This role combines healthcare knowledge with recruitment, sales and client advisory responsibilities, offering significant autonomy and responsibility across the full recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new client and candidate relationships through telephone, online and face-to-face outreach.
• Identify, attract and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for relevant positions.
• Conduct candidate interviews, assessments and selection processes.
• Match candidates with suitable opportunities based on qualifications, experience and client requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment and placement process from initial contact through to successful placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Work towards defined commercial and recruitment targets while maintaining a strong focus on service quality.
• Manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide professional advice and support to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment while taking ownership of individual targets and responsibilities.

• Relevant professional and life experience.
