Conviva Senior Primary Care
Managing the front desk operations of a healthcare facility is the core of this role, which involves greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining patient records. The Receptionist ensures a smooth and welcoming experience for patients and supports the medical team with various administrative tasks, typically working on routine assignments. This patient-facing and provider-facing role is responsible for managing provider schedules, coordinating appointments, confirming patient visits, and handling rescheduling and no-show follow-up.
