About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with specialization in Hematology / Oncology to provide direct patient care in a hospital setting.
Key responsibilities include
- assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to established standards
- educating patients and families on managing illness, medication, and post-treatment care
- promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- developing and communicating individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- assessing physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs of patients
- participating in professional development activities
Qualified candidates should have a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree and an active RN license .
Preferred qualifications include
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
and
- less than 2 years of experience
