About This Role
Working in inpatient accounting at Kiryu Kosei General Hospital, this role is for an experienced medical office assistant who will handle inpatient billing. It suits someone looking to enhance their medical administration skills in a stable environment.
Responsibilities
- Confirm and input orders for assigned inpatient wards
- Check and correct medical fee receipts (recepts)
- Perform other related tasks
- Input patient medical data
- Check medical charts for completeness
- Calculate inpatient fees
- Coordinate with doctors, medical information managers, and other relevant departments
Requirements
- No academic background required
- PC skills: text input only
- No qualifications required
- Must have inpatient billing experience (any number of years of experience, breaks in employment are acceptable)

Important Details
- Schedule: 5 days a week, 8:30-17:30 (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday), holidays excluded
- Overtime: minimal, mainly at month-end and beginning
- Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays
- Leave: paid annual leave, summer leave (3 days)
- Contract: permanent
- Probation period: 3 months, with no change in treatment or salary
- Team: many long-serving staff, most with 10-20 years of experience
