This entry-level opportunity is for a dependable, friendly, and organized Traveling Medical Office Assistant to support multiple clinic locations. The role involves being the welcoming face of the clinic and an essential part of daily operations, suiting someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a structured environment, and wants hands-on experience in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in examinees in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
• Prepare charts and paperwork for appointments
• Escort examinees to exam rooms
• Help maintain a clean, organized lobby area
• Assist physicians and clinic staff as needed
• Monitor workflows and ensure appointments stay on schedule
• Support the Clinic Director with administrative tasks
• Participate in training and learning opportunities

Requirements

• Valid state Driver’s License
• Ability to perform day travel as required with reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Proficiency in multiple software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Internet
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, detailed-oriented and great time management skills
• Ability to work independently and stay focused in a busy work environment
