About the role
We at NLB Healthcare, in exclusive collaboration with Norway partners, offer training and a 100% placement program for India-educated nurses to pave the way to work, live, and settle in Norway as Medical Nurses. It is a
- 100% Job placement,
- NO SERVICE CHARGE,
- Bank/self-financed; to be reimbursed post-completion of the 36-month lock-in work period,
- EUR10,000 Training fee which is re-imbursed.
- European nurse education degree and training program, where you are selected, enrolled for language learning and European qualification,
- Start as a Medical Nurse in Norway,
- The starting annual basic salary will be INR 50 lacs (EUR 50,000).

- To provide acutely and chronically ill patients with safe care and treatment
- Relevant tasks connected to the position.
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, psychologists, physiologists, etc.
- Daily documentation and journaling
- Examination, treatment, communication, and follow-up of patients
- Supervising and teaching other personnel, colleagues, students, and apprentices
- Communication with next of kin of patients
- Responsibility for entire units and departments
- Pretentious tasks (dining, cleaning, daily care and hygiene, etc.)
**Work location:**The most common workplaces for nurses are hospitals and health and care services in municipalities, such as
- Nursing Homes,
- Elderly Care Homes,
- The municipality or private nursing homes, elderly care homes, and care clinics.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- B.Sc. Nursing or PB B.Sc. Nursing and above with degree, transcripts, and mark sheets.
- 2 years of bedside work experience from a public hospital or 4 years in private hospitals.
- English language knowledge should be good
- Valid nursing registration
- Valid passport
- Valid driving license
Terms & Conditions
- 12-month Norwegian Language and Skill (GAP) Training program via a European nurse education program.
- This is covered in 2 semesters of 5-months each on the college campus of a European university, plus 2 months for compliance and cultural training.
- All compliance related expenses to be borne for PCC and certificate apostille + medical + courier costs.
- The 12th-grade education certificates shall be required to be apostilled in original and provided for college registration.
