Medical Laboratory Scientist II (multiple positions) sought by AdventHealth Zephyrhills in Zephyrhills, FL, to conduct laboratory procedures in designated areas. Analytical testing of blood & human biological specimens, requiring theoretical and practical knowl & expertise. Complex diagnostic & analytic assessments of specimens, interpreting data w/ precision & accuracy. Facilitate selected aspects of laboratory processes, incl workflow mgmt, qlty control, performance imprvmnt activities, & maintenance of eqpmt. Assist lab leadership in meeting goals across various areas. Conduct laboratory procedures, performing diagnostic assessments & laboratory processes, & assisting lab leadership. Reqmts: Bachelor's deg (or foreign equiv) in chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory sci, or medical technology. In the alternative, a Bachelor's deg (or foreign equiv) in chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory sci, medical technology, or functional equiv.
