Directing the generation of medical insights across multiple therapeutic areas is the core of this strategic leadership role within the Medical Data & Analytics organization. This position serves as a trusted thought partner and strategic consultant to Therapeutic Area Field and Home-Office Medical leadership, translating complex data and scientific priorities into actionable recommendations that inform field medical strategy, scientific engagement, operational excellence, and patient-focused decision-making. The Director leads a team of US-based analysts and coordinates with the Amgen India delivery team to provide high-impact analytics, advanced insights, and AI-enabled solutions that enhance the Medical organization’s ability to make timely, evidence-based decisions.
