About the role
Role: The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. They operate imaging equipment, ensure patient safety, maintain high-quality standards, and accurately document procedures and findings. They communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams and may submit equipment or technology service requests. This position involves floating between multiple facilities, offering flexibility in shift selection.
Responsibilities: Conduct imaging procedures (MRI, CT, Radiography), uphold safety and quality standards, document findings, assist with clinical rotations, and support equipment maintenance and requests.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited imaging program or equivalent education
- 1+ year of relevant experience for each modality
- Required certifications from ARRT (MR, CT, Radiography) and BLS
- State licensure may be necessary depending on location
- Strong communication, professionalism, and a compassionate approach
