Coding medical records is at the heart of this job, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a global healthcare organization. This role suits an individual who is detail-oriented, can solve routine problems independently, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent experience
• CPC or CPC-A License
• Experience to solve routine problems on own
• Experience to work with supervisor to solve more complex problems
• Experience to prioritize and organize own work to meet agreed upon deadlines
• Experience in working with others as part of a team
• Applies knowledge/skills to activities that often vary from day to day
• Demonstrates a moderate level of knowledge and skills in own function
• Demonstrated ability to little assistance with standard and non-standard requests
