This medical coder position involves accurately assigning codes to diagnoses and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, and working with billing teams. The role suits a detail-oriented candidate with UAE healthcare experience and a valid AAPC or CPC certification, who can join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assign CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes to diagnoses and procedures based on medical documentation
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, payer regulations, and insurance requirements
• Review and verify patient medical records to ensure proper coding for billing and claims processing
• Work closely with billing teams to minimize claim denials and resolve coding discrepancies
• Stay updated on coding changes, payer rules, and healthcare regulations in the UAE

Requirements

• UAE healthcare experience in medical coding
• Valid AAPC or CPC certification is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems
• Familiarity with UAE medical insurance processes and claim submission requirements
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills
• Holding own visa, spouse visa, or golden visa is required
• Ability to join immediately
