What You’ll Do
- Support in-home palliative and wound care visits
- Take vital signs and assist with basic clinical tasks, including wound care
- Set up and support telehealth visits with providers
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
- Document care accurately in the EMR
- Educate and support patients and caregivers as directed
- Follow safety, infection control, and HIPAA standards
- Travel to patient homes and work with an interdisciplinary team
What You’ll Bring
- Medical Assistant training; CPR/BLS required (certification preferred)
- 1+ year of MA experience, ideally in home health, primary care, or wound care
- Strong clinical, observation, and communication skills
- Comfort with technology and telehealth
- Ability to work independently in home settings
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Reliable transportation and flexibility
