Media Designer

About This Role

This role focuses on creating exceptional visual assets across all touchpoints, from social content to product visuals and brand assets. The Media Designer is responsible for the quality of every deliverable, from brief to final output, and is expected to master their craft while also exploring adjacent disciplines. The role requires a candidate who can deliver high-quality work at pace, use AI tools to enhance creative output, and execute with business awareness, spotting opportunities and taking initiative.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional visual assets across every touchpoint, including paid and organic social content, product visuals, brand assets, and presentation decks
• Own the quality of every deliverable from brief to final output
• Develop deep expertise in a primary discipline (motion, graphic design, illustration, or others) and build skills across adjacent ones
• Use AI tools to push creative output further and faster, from generating concepts to accelerating production workflows
• Handle a high volume of work across multiple projects and priorities without sacrificing quality
• Make smart trade-offs between craft and urgency
• Understand the purpose, audience, and success metrics for each project to make strategically purposeful craft decisions
• Flag gaps, propose ideas, and identify moments where proactive creative work can have a real impact

Requirements

• Reasoning ability to solve complex problems, think from first principles, and structure ideas sharply
• Drive, ambition, initiative, effort, and tenacity, with a deep sense of responsibility for work
• Team spirit, including giving generously, supporting the best idea, helping the team, and being reliable, honest, and transparent
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
