Media Coordinator Intern

About This Role

This internship offers a rising senior, graduate student, or recent graduate the opportunity to learn how to oversee media campaigns across programmatic, social, and search channels. The intern will gain experience in troubleshooting, creative problem-solving, and project management within a dynamic agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively learn how to oversee media campaigns across programmatic, social, and search channels
• Gain experience in troubleshooting, creative problem solving, and project management
• Complete an individual project supporting the assigned team
• Complete trainings to gain proficiency in general tech used by the agency

Requirements

• Rising Senior, graduating in May, or Grad Student
• Majors: Marketing, Advertising, Business Communication, Journalism, English
• Available for 40 hours a week, 9-5, for the 10-week program (May 24th - August 6th, 2027)
• Familiar with Google Docs, Google Slides, Outlook, and Excel
• Come from a place of curiosity and wanting to learn more
• Organization and time management skills
• Ability to quickly learn and process information
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team player and adhere to the AMP Employee Handbook
• Strong prioritization skills
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to interact in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner

Important Details

• Schedule: 40 hours per week, 9-5
• Contract: 10-week program (May 24th - August 6th, 2027)
• Travel: Travel to St. Louis is required for two specific weeks: Kickoff Week (the week of May 24th) and Closing Week (the week of August 3rd). If you live in the Chicago or Boston area, you could go to the AMP office on Wednesdays.
