This role must combine strategic depth with hands-on execution and a constant optimization approach which delivers measurable results.

- Recommend channel allocation and investment levels by market based on growth potential, competitive pressure, and business priorities.
- Partner with media agency and analytics partners on planning, negotiation, and buying to ensure efficient, well-negotiated media investment.
Market-Level Dynamics & Competitive Positioning
- Analyze market-level dynamics — competitive intensity, share of voice, local demand patterns, and franchisee-level performance — to determine where and how the brand needs to compete more aggressively.
- Translate market-level insight into differentiated media and campaign plans that ensure Jiffy Lube is properly positioned to win in priority and underperforming markets alike.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to field marketing and franchisees on best practices for local marketing plans.

- Partner with creative, insights, and brand teams to translate consumer and market insight into compelling campaigns and go-to-market plans.
- Ensure campaigns are built to work across national, regional, and local activation, and are adaptable for franchisee-level execution.
Campaign Execution & Project Management
- Collaborate end-to-end on marketing campaign development, from strategic brief through launch and wrap-up, on time and on budget.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with creative, media, field marketing, franchise operations, and external partners to ensure flawless execution.
- Manage multiple concurrent campaigns and initiatives with strong prioritization and stakeholder communication.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Establish clear KPIs and measurement frameworks for media and campaign performance, tied to traffic and business growth outcomes.

- Lead a continual testing roadmap to ensure media mix is continually optimized.
Budget & Agency Management

- Manage relationships with media, creative, and analytics agency partners, holding them accountable to performance, service, and financial standards.
Strategic & Franchise Partnership
- Contribute to annual and long-range marketing planning, aligning media and campaign strategy with system-wide brand and growth objectives.
- Act as a clear, credible point of contact for franchisees and regional leadership on media and advertisement marketing strategy and investment rationale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including significant experience operating at the Brand Director / Senior Director level or equivalent scope and strategic ownership.
