About This Role
This role is for a general practitioner with a service-oriented approach and advanced English skills, offering the chance to work while traveling the world. The Medi-Spa Doctor performs medical-aesthetic procedures and collaborates with the sales team to present services.
Responsibilities
- Perform medical-aesthetic procedures according to company protocols
- Explain treatments, products, and aftercare to patients
- Collaborate with the sales team in presenting services
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, clinical follow-up, and inventory control
- Be familiar with the approved disinfecting products available at the spa location, including proper use, contact time, disinfection methods, and proper storage and handling procedures
- Understand and adhere to the Treatment Room Preparation requirements
- Understand and adhere to the Sanitation Policy for the applicable modality and services performed
- Understand and adhere to the Sanitation Policy for the applicable spa area
- Understand and complete the Sanitation Log Policy and logs as required
- Understand and adhere to the Retail Product Handling and Transferring Procedure
- Understand and adhere to the Product Sampling Procedure
Requirements
- Recognized medical degree and valid license as a General Practitioner
- Advanced English (fluent in conversation and writing)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer orientation, empathy, professionalism
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in aesthetic medicine or medical spa (if not, full free training will be provided in Miami)
