Responsibilities

- Develops and documents individualized care plans with clear goals, communicating across care teams.
- Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers.
- Works in a safety-sensitive role requiring constant alertness and safe practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; BSN preferred.
- Licenses: Valid RN license.
- Experience: No experience required; less than 2 years preferred.
- Skills: Critical nursing assessment, care planning, patient education, teamwork, compliance with safety protocols.
