Mechanical Simulation Engineer (MCAE)
Due to new business awarded by our customer, we are looking for an experienced Mechanical Simulation Engineer (MCAE) to join our engineering team.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in automotive electronic hardware design.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience performing FEM simulations using Abaqus.

Proven practical experience in conducting implicit and explicit nonlinear simulations, including:
o Structural Stress and Strain Analysis
o Modal (Natural Frequency) Analysis
o Random Vibration Analysis
o Shock and Impact Analysis
o Thermal Expansion Analysis
- Practical experience with material calibration for simulation purposes, including:
o Elastic-plastic material models for polymers
o Hyperelastic material models for elastomers
