About the role
We are looking for a specialist with experience in quality and technical documentation for mechanical parts. The person in this role will be responsible for defining quality requirements, preparing inspection documentation, and cooperating with international R&D teams in product development. The position requires regular presence at the client’s site in Niepołomice (minimum 2 days per week).
Your tasks
- Creating, analyzing, and updating technical and quality documentation for mechanical components
- Developing control plans and inspection plans in line with quality and production requirements
- Defining and verifying material and quality requirements for products
- Collaborating with R&D teams to define special product characteristics
- Supporting production processes by analyzing quality issues and implementing improvement actions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering or manufacturing, preferably in the aerospace industry
- Very good knowledge of technical drawings and engineering documentation
- Practical knowledge and experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Experience in process quality, product quality, process engineering, or mechanical design
- Ability to prepare control plans and inspection plans and interpret quality requirements
- Willingness to work on-site at the client’s location in Niepołomice at least 2 days per week and to work in an international environment
- Advanced Polish and English
Nice to have
- Expertise in Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
- Knowledge and experience in special processes, both technically and in auditing
