About the role

Job Description

  • Be responsible for designing mechanical system, Auto production line and fixtures/tools for plant which include concept design , components design, protype verification, detailed design, BOM setup, Cost estimation, installation guiding, commissioning and so on
  • Work with the related operation team (electrical , process, maintenance, quality, production and other function) to finalize the machine CTQ and detailed design, cooperate with vendors to assemble & commission the machine, then deliver to production.
  • Evaluate and optimize existing fixture and equipment to improve the productivity and reduced the EHS issues, quality concerns and maintenance downtime as well as cost
  • Take lead for mechanical discipline area across multiple stages of innovation for new product, process, cost reduction and continuously improvement initiatives
  • Support to build Brilliant factory according to the plant plan
  • Lead or take part in the TCP activities
  • Lead projects include build project team, set up milestone, manage cost & schedule, commissioning and so on
  • Be familiar with products/manufacturing process, cooperate with maintenance/facility team and provide technical support to improve equipment OEE, reduce the cost & risk of EHS
  • Comply with national/business EHS policy and regulations, implement EHS standard, procedures, etc.
  • Proactive participant site EHS activities, continuously improve EHS awareness.
  • Other tasks assigned by direct manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design or Automation Engineering
  • Strong expertise in automated machine design and independent product development
  • Proficient in troubleshooting during product assembly
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Skilled in 3D design software (SolidWorks) and AutoCAD, MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with industrial robots and cobots (ABB, UR, etc.)
  • Proficient in English (written and oral)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Self-motivated with strong commitment to learning new technologies
