About This Role
This night-shift post on the cardiac ward pairs patient care with mentoring new nurses.
Responsibilities
- Operate an NC lathe to process electrical machinery, semiconductor devices, and aircraft instrument parts
Requirements
- High school diploma or above
- Age up to 59 years old (due to mandatory retirement at 60)

Important Details
- Schedule: Variable working hours system (1-year unit), 8:00–17:15 or approximately 8 hours between 8:00–22:00, with shift work
- Overtime: approximately 20 hours per month; up to 90 hours per month for 6 times a year, and up to 720 hours per year during busy periods
- Break time: 60 minutes
- Annual holidays: 113 days
- Days off: Sundays, plus 2–4 Saturdays per month based on company calendar
- Contract: permanent, no fixed term
- Probation period: 2 months (during which hourly wage is ¥1,150)
- Re-employment system: up to 65 years old
