About the role
Role & responsibilities Minimum 6 years of post-qualification professional experience in planning, design, estimation, execution, supervision, operation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems and infrastructure projects.
- Experience in the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of pumping stations, water and wastewater treatment plant mechanical equipment, HVAC systems, fire-fighting systems, electro-mechanical installations, lifting equipment, and associated infrastructure.
- Experience in preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, cost estimates, BOQs, technical specifications, bid documents, tender documents, and project reports related to mechanical engineering works.
- Experience in infrastructure projects executed by Government Development Authorities, Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), Smart City Missions, Public Sector Organizations, or reputed Private Organizations shall be preferred.
- Working knowledge of relevant Indian Standards (IS), CPHEEO Manuals, NBC, MoEF&CC guidelines, and other applicable codes and standards related to mechanical engineering works. Proficiency in, estimation, project monitoring, and report preparation shall be preferred
Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) from a recognised University/Institution.
