About the role
We are seeking a Control Panel Assembler responsible for accurately assembling and wiring control panels of various sizes and applications. Key duties include: lifting heavy panels, reading and following detailed schematics, installing back plates, punching holes, cutting and pulling wires to precise measurements, assembling panels, troubleshooting issues, and evaluating assemblies for damages or improvements.
Qualifications and skills: High school diploma or GED, proficiency in measuring and calculating dimensions, basic math skills, prior assembly and wiring experience, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, physical stamina, and strong teamwork. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required.
Physical requirements: lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, bending, pulling, and manual assembly work.
