About the role
Job Description Responsible for performing various general maintenance tasks throughout the complex and Satellite Facilities. Work includes basic tasks in any of the department trades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, Grounds maintenance, etc.)
Qualifications Work requires a High School diploma or equivalent and up to one year of technical training or , if technical training is not applicable, 3-5 years of related work experience. Valid driver’s license with no pending violations and an acceptable driving record as stipulated by SJH policy and, if applicable, the SJH insurance carrier, for those required to drive a hospital vehicle.

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc.” The salary range does not include incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
About The Team St. Joseph’s University Medical Center is an academic tertiary care medical center and state designated trauma center, located on the Paterson campus, regularly accepts referrals of difficult or unusual cases from other hospitals and physicians and performs both complex and routine procedures.
