About the role
Role Overview: Responsible for independently preparing, packaging, displaying, and stocking meat products to meet company standards and contribute to store profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce meat products as per production plans.
- Package, label, and merchandise meat items according to merchandising expectations.
- Stock backroom with rotated and dated products.
- Notify management about supply needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to support store growth.
- Maintain safety, food safety, and guest experience standards.
- Assist with tasks in other departments as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in retail or related fields preferred.
- Basic math, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
Physical & Environmental Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperatures and environments. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
