Job Description

Participate in project meetings and propose improvements when necessary

Evaluate potential problems and technical issues, and develop effective solutions

Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and updated project information
-
Supervise ongoing projects and coordinate team members to ensure workflow remains on track
-
Manage project-related documentation and ensure all necessary materials are updated, properly filed, and stored
-
Assist in negotiation of subcontractor packages and preparation of subcontractor/supplier agreement letters
-
Coordinate site workflow and resolve site-related issues
-
Prepare and review project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails
-
Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
-
Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures to adhere to budget
-
Understand work sequences and project planning strategies
-
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
-
Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems and services.
-
Good understanding of local codes, regulations, and statutory requirements relating to M&E services, building construction, and workplace safety.

Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
