Were Hiring: MDM Test Lead
We are looking for a highly experienced MDM Testing professional with strong expertise in Master Data Management, Data Migration Testing, Test Automation, and Retail domain.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of overall Testing experience
- Strong hands-on experience in MDM Testing and different Master Data domains
- Experience in MDM Data Migration Testing
- Strong experience in Functional and Integration Testing
- Experience in developing Automation Scripts, test execution, and result analysis
- Prior experience in the Retail domain
- Ability to prepare and implement Master Data Test Strategy and Test Plans
- Strong experience in Test Case Preparation and Test Execution
- Excellent coordination with Development, Business Analyst, and other cross-functional teams
- Experience interacting with Client Stakeholders for issue resolution
- Active participation in Defect Management and Status Meetings
- Strong communication, ownership, and leadership skills
