Highlights of the Assistant Caregiver Position:
- Read the 24-hour communication book and respond as necessary to issues.
- Review all residents on alert status
- Read any new interim service plans that could have been initiated
- Replace staff who call off work, when possible
- Clock in and out accurately
- Notify RCC/HSD/Executive Director as needed when issues arise
- Attend and participate in the scheduled mandatory in-services
- Attend and participate in other scheduled meetings (Safety, Quality Assurance)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experienced Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) per state requirements.
