We are currently seeking a Matillion Support to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).
Job Responsibilities
- Work on incidents and service requests
- Job monitoring and fixes
- Work on enhancements and developments of workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working in Matillion
- Experience in developing features for enterprise level data warehouse and knowledge of data warehousing concepts
- Ability to deliver support services to meet SLAs, Good debugging skills
- Should have continuous improvement attitude and identify areas for problem management
- Experience in cross skilling team to create backups, working in 24/7 support environment providing team coverage for priority (P1/P2) issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
