About This Role
This role is for a highly skilled Master Plumber to join a dynamic construction team, delivering top-quality plumbing solutions across commercial and residential projects. The Master Plumber will lead plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, applying expert knowledge of construction plumbing systems to ensure all work meets safety standards, building codes, and client specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the installation, repair, and maintenance of complex plumbing systems on construction sites, including piping, fixtures, and appliances
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of plumbing layouts
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete projects efficiently
- Conduct construction estimating for plumbing components to provide accurate project cost assessments
- Collaborate with project managers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and carpenters to coordinate work seamlessly on-site
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for pipe installation, remodeling projects, or maintenance activities
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong background in commercial or residential projects
- Extensive knowledge of construction estimating, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and mechanical systems
- Skilled in welding, pipe threading, HVAC systems, and the use of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting plumbing issues
- Familiarity with carpentry, handyman tasks, remodeling processes, and general maintenance work
- Strong field service experience with the ability to read schematics and mechanical diagrams accurately
Nice to have:
- Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for site travel or material transport
