Master Technician Job Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Acura vehicles
- Accurately identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical concerns
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Perform engine, transmission, drivability, electrical, suspension, and brake repairs
- Document repair orders clearly and thoroughly
- Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain Acura certification requirements and stay current with new technologies
- Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety procedures

- Flat Rate Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per flagged hour

Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Master Technician or equivalent senior-level automotive technician
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Valid ASE certifications preferred
- Acura, Honda, or import brand experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Automotive Technician (Master Certified) Qualifications
- A proven track record as a Master Technician in the automotive industry
- Exceptional diagnostic and repair skills
- A deep understanding of automotive systems and technology
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
