About This Role
This seasonal role involves administering professional massage and body treatments to guests at a luxury ranch resort, either in the spa or in guest accommodations. The position requires a high level of professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to spa protocols.
Responsibilities
- Provide consistent professional spa massage and body treatments compliant with spa protocols and accepted documentation practices
- Provide accurate information and application regarding services and products and spa facilities
- Assist in scheduling spa appointments for guests via phone or in-person
- Enter guest information accurately into the Resort system
- Perform prep work, correctly clean and restock spa as necessary
- Handle queries and concerns of guests efficiently, politely, and with discretion
- Uphold the standards of hygiene and sterilization as directed by law and the spa
- Properly care for tools and use proper amounts of manufactured goods to assist with cost controls
- Promptly communicate availability and changes in schedule to spa organization to assist with scheduling of treatments
- Provide knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, and retail, as well as programs, promotions, and/or discounts available
- Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of Resort information and amenities
- Converse with the guests at a high level, being aware of their needs and fulfill special guest requests as instructed by management or the guest directly
- Keep up-to-date knowledge on all spa items including any allergens
- Ensure confidentiality of guests
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail at all times
- Communicate and maintain timelines and priorities
- Assist in the set-up and break-down of the spa facility at the beginning and end of the season
- Display hospitality and professionalism to guests and team members at all times
- Take pride in representing Paws Up Montana professionally with guests and assure that all transactions with guests are handled in a legal, ethical, and confidential manner
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Resort team members to foster and promote a positive working environment
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times
- Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner
