Responsibilities
- Deliver customised massage treatments based on client needs, including Thai, Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and other therapeutic techniques
- Conduct client consultations to assess their health history and specific requirements
- Maintain a clean, organised treatment area in accordance with hygiene standards
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate wellness practices
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client progress
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations
- Uphold professional standards of conduct and confidentiality at all times
- Participate in ongoing training programmes to stay updated with industry developments
Requirements
- Certification or licence as a recognised Massage Therapist within the relevant jurisdiction
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong organisational skills to manage appointments and maintain records accurately
- Ability to work flexibly within scheduled hours, maintaining professionalism under pressure
- A genuine passion for promoting health and wellness through therapeutic massage
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to hygiene and treatment environments
