About This Role

This masonry role involves skilled work on construction and fit-out project sites, focusing on block work, plastering, tiling, and brickwork. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, efficient, and capable of maintaining quality standards and meeting project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform block work, brickwork, plastering, cement finishing, and masonry activities
• Carry out tile fixing, wall finishing, screeding, and repair works as required
• Read basic drawings and follow site instructions for masonry work
• Prepare cement, mortar, and required construction materials
• Ensure proper leveling, alignment, and finishing of masonry works
• Repair cracks, damaged walls, flooring, and finishing defects
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to complete work efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and proper use of tools and materials
• Follow company safety procedures and site regulations
• Complete assigned work within deadlines and maintain quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Mason in construction or fit-out projects in UAE/GCC
• Knowledge of block work, plastering, tiling, and cement finishing
• Ability to work independently and follow site instructions
• Good understanding of construction materials and masonry techniques
• Physically fit and able to work on construction sites
