Job Description
Rattaché(e) à l'équipe des Marques Industrielles vous êtes garant de la performance intrinsèque du système de production globale SNA pour le programme P700
Dans cette mission, la Marque Industrielle P700 :
- Est responsable du schéma industriel et de ses évolutions pour atteindre les objectifs stratégiques du programme et en pilote les évolutions (Make or Buy)
- Assure la mise en œuvre d'un outil industriel multisites robuste (Capacité/Capabilité/PCA/Risques)
- Met en place un pilotage multisites robuste de la réduction des temps et CCP (Retouches, rebuts, couts des dérogations)
- Manage les crises impactant l'industrialisation
- Réalise les arbitrages entre sites (RDI,CAPEX, Schémas Industriels…)
- Pilote (quand nécessaire) les projets de transformation industriels majeurs / stratégiques pour le programme P700
- Contribue dans ce sens à la construction de la stratégie industrielle des différents sites de production (investissements,...)
- Pilote l'implémentation industrielle des changements à la définition
- Représente la direction industrielle pour le passage de jalons programme (MER,prompt)
- Est le point focal client et programme pour la partie industrielle (communication de la performance du système de production)
Job Requirements
De formation ingénieur, vous disposez d'une solide expérience industrielle, vous êtes rompu-e à la gestion de projet dans un milieu multi sites et multi culturel. Vous disposez d'une forte aisance dans la relation/communication clients et êtes reconnu-e pour votre capacité à fédérer au sein d'une équipe projet. Vous êtes très à l'aise avec la pratique de l'Anglais.
Une certification Lean/6 sigma (Green Belt,Black Belt) est un plus
