Position Introduction:
Responsible for effectively promoting and marketing the museum and its mission. Responsible for identifying audiences, locally, regionally and nationally, and developing, implementing, and managing a strategic integrated communication plant to reach those audiences. Will represent the museum in a professional manner.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.
Department Preferences:
- 18-36 months of marketing and communications experience.
- Experience with digital resources, including website content management and design and social media.
- Experience in SEO, GoggleAds, etc.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Basic experience with AV and photography equipment.
- Basic experience with video, including shooting, editing, and motion graphics.
- Experience in the development and maintenance of training materials.
- Experience with museums, cultural organizations or other non-profits.
