We are hiring a Marketing Visual Designer for a global organization supporting marketing and creative services functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating impactful visual designs across print and digital channels while ensuring brand consistency and delivering high-quality creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, graphics, and digital assets
- Develop creative concepts aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines
- Create engaging visual experiences across print and digital platforms
- Collaborate with marketing, branding, content, and digital teams
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting SLAs and deadlines
- Apply UI/UX principles to enhance customer engagement
- Support creative process improvements and workflow optimization
- Present design concepts and incorporate stakeholder feedback effectively
Required Skills
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
- PowerPoint Presentation Design
- Typography, Storyboarding, Motion Graphics
- Visual Storytelling & Branding
- UI/UX Design Principles
- Figma / Adobe XD
- Digital Asset Management Tools
Mandatory Requirement
- Experience working with Print Media companies, Publishing Houses, Newspapers, Magazines, Print Advertising Agencies, or Media Organizations
- Strong exposure to print design and production workflows
- Portfolio showcasing print and digital design work
