About the role

Hybrid (3x a week RTO) | Mid Shift | Makati City

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on marketing technology platforms, particularly Cvent and Marketo.
  • Execute and optimize email campaigns, workflows, and automations.
  • Conduct campaign QA and monitor performance metrics.
  • Manage and improve marketing technology processes, platforms, and data.
  • Maintain accurate client and contact databases.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and platform enhancements.
  • Promote best practices, user adoption, and operational efficiency.
  • Support onboarding, training, change management, and team initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Marketing operations or technology experience.
  • Strong expertise in marketing platforms, automation, campaigns, and data management.
  • Experience with email, multi-channel, and virtual/hybrid marketing.
  • Proficiency in Cvent, Marketo, or similar tools.
  • Strong CRM and data privacy knowledge, including GDPR and CCPA.
  • HTML, JavaScript, CSS, or SQL skills.
  • Knowledge of data visualization and UX/UI is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Maintains confidentiality and follows company policies and standards.
