This Marketing Specialist II role involves leading the development of sales, marketing, and communications deliverables, and supporting strategic sales pursuits. Responsibilities

• Lead the development and production of client qualifications, proposals, and presentations with a focus on quality, creativity, and meeting client deadlines
• Refine storytelling skills through dynamic stories about clients, projects, people, and the company, with a focus on creative writing, and incorporate these differentiators into deliverables that address the unique needs of each client
• Ensure all external content and client deliverables align with the company’s brand standards and messaging guidelines
• Participate in presell meetings and local strategic brainstorming
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, branded content, awards, and speaking submissions, and local event support to increase market visibility
• Lead the development of internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, website content, social media posts, eblasts, and content for other digital channels
• Organize and maintain digital assets, ensuring all photos, graphics, and media are approved, properly categorized, and easily searchable
• Lead data maintenance and perform in-depth research of projects, team members, and market sectors utilizing data management systems
• Coordinate and organize the high volume of information collected for each project and team member to ensure data integrity
• Assist in conducting research into the different market sectors to understand clients, their priorities, and key trends
• Support the close-out process of sales and marketing deliverables
• Develop an intermediate knowledge of the AEC industry and the company’s capabilities across each sector, locally and nationally
• Build and strengthen strong local relationships with operations to facilitate storytelling and identify value adds about projects
• Visit jobsites regularly to enhance operational partnerships, take photos, and interview project teams for future content opportunities; ensure content is organized and cataloged for future use
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality external content and client deliverables ensuring clear communication, mutual support, and a cohesive approach to problem-solving
• Lead multiple deliverables concurrently and demonstrate strong ability to multi-task
• Participate in professional or community organizations
