Marketing Specialist - Fully Remote

About This Role

This contract role involves designing and evaluating tasks for AI agents focused on paid growth within AI agent environments. The specialist will define task parameters, expected decisions, and review AI agent attempts against established standards, working independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model performance.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs from real paid acquisition work
• Define the task's true test, planted issues, and expected decisions
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task execution
• Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones
• Review and judge AI agent attempts against established standards
• Diagnose campaign performance, allocate budgets, and optimize web and pricing journeys
• Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI model performance

Requirements

• Hands-on practitioner experience in paid acquisition
• Fluent in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics 4
• Clear written reasoning skills

Nice to have:

• Experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification
