Marketing Specialist - Fashion

About This Role

This Marketing Specialist role is for a professional with experience in the fashion, apparel, or retail sector, preferably for the PAUL TAYLOR brand. The specialist will join the team to develop and implement marketing and communication strategies for the brand, working closely with internal functions and external partners and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and communication plans and strategies in line with brand positioning and objectives
• Contribute to defining the annual marketing plan and promotional and commercial activities
• Coordinate and monitor online and offline communication activities
• Manage and develop digital and social media channels, coordinating with agencies and content creators as needed
• Support the creation of communication campaigns, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives
• Contribute to the production and supervision of communication content and materials, ensuring consistency with brand identity
• Organize events, photo shoots, in-store activities, and special initiatives
• Monitor the market, competitors, and fashion industry trends, identifying development opportunities
• Analyze key marketing KPIs and campaign performance, preparing reports and proposing corrective actions
• Collaborate with Retail, Commercial, E-commerce, and Sales functions to ensure effective coordination of activities
• Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers, and partners involved in marketing and communication activities

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communication, or brand management roles
• Significant experience in the fashion and apparel sector
• Knowledge of the English language
