Duration of Contract: 6 months
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
- Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Deputy Director (Digital Communications) in overseeing day-to-day content development operations.
- Guide the planning, development, and execution of content for corporate social media and digital communication channels.
- Coordinate content production timelines, workflows, and deliverables to ensure timely and quality output.
- Review content deliverables and provide editorial, creative, and operational direction where required.
- Manage stakeholder engagement with internal divisions and external vendors, ensuring effective coordination and alignment.
- Monitor ongoing content workstreams and identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and content delivery.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Digital Media, Mass Communications, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in content development, digital communications, social media, content production, or creative project management.
- Experience in supervising teams or managing content workstreams.
- Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to provide both strategic and operational guidance on content planning and development for digital platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
