About the role
Responsibilities
- CORE RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage Salesforce operations, including data maintenance, reporting, dashboard updates, and business data analysis.
- Maintain distributor master data and support distributor-related processes, records management, and workflow administration.
- Maintain contract records and documentation, including filing, tracking, archiving, and related administrative coordination.
- Provide administrative support, including data processing, material distribution, document preparation, and coordination of approval and company seal application processes.
- Support the execution of trade shows, customer seminars, customer events, and internal meetings.
- Execute digital communication activities across WeChat, company websites, email marketing platforms, and other social media channels.
- Support the development, update, and coordination of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, videos, and other promotional content.
- Support the maintenance and operation of Sherwin-Williams Coatings School online courses and assist in the execution of offline training programs and academy events.

Bachelor’s degree or above with 1-3 years of relevant working experience.

Experience in Marketing Communications, digital marketing, event management, or data analysis is preferred. Familiarity with AI tools and their application in daily work is a plus.
